Edward Earl Husmann (born August 6, 1931 in Schuyler, Nebraska) is a former American collegiate and Professional Football player. He played college football at the University of Nebraska, and played professionally in the American Football League for the Houston Oilers from 1961 through 1965. He was an American Football League All-Star in 1961, when the Oilers won their second American Football League Championship, and in 1962 and 1963. Husmann had previously played in the National Football League for the Chicago Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1960 NFL Expansion Draft. During his college and professional career, Husmann played every line position, offensive and defensive, except for center.
